It's not a bad game but it's by no means the best game ever made like plenty of people claim. Besides, you can't compare Tomb Raider to Witcher 3 because they are 2 different genres. Witcher 3 is an open world RPG while Tomb Raider is a linear story game.

I don't usually play games due to my insane workload but this one made me pick up the controller and stay home on many Saturday nights back in the day. The story was just breathtaking and every moment felt like a movie so you never wanted to skip the cutscenes. And the fact that this Dragon's Triangle storms are actually happening in real life & still to this day just makes it even more amazing. I honestly think that the "Malaysia Airlines Flight 370" could be related to this but I guess we will never know since it's forbidden to explore the area. Mad respect for finishing the game in 7 hours btw, it took me ages because I was wasting a lot of time searching for hidden rewards in every place lol

This game was the better game compared to Rise of the tomb raider. The storyline and delivery is fantastic. The aesthetics of everything and the online game was super fun. Also the Soundtrack! The soundtrack on this game is insanely good. My favourite so far. Looking forward to shadow of the tomb raider.

I liked this game. However, her friends ( that survived) was stupid (Especially Sam). Sam could have told Reyes (black woman) that they (bad guys) tried to burn her alive and all the bad guys believed there was no escaping the island because they had been there for years. She was also stupid for going anywhere with the professor, she knew that he had befriended the bad guys.

I have been reluctant to play this one for years, a few days I go I decided to give it a go and I just binge played through it, spend like 20 hours on it, collecting every collectable, finishing it on 100% completion. Safe to say I loved it from start to finish, I was mostly surprised of how dark the game was, a lot of environments littered with mutilated corpses, bones and skulls everywhere, the atmosphere was really well done, you could feel pure evil just piercing throughout the island

You have to play THE WHOLE GAME FROM BEGINNING TO END. You can't just say that without playing it all the way to the end. This survivalist game challenges you. She did end finding Sam. But Mathias thought that using her as bait would make the island go back to normal. The storms that were causing the team to stay on the island. Was because of Himiko, her spirit was never laid to rest. Play the game and you'll see what I mean. Don't say she didn't find her when you don't know the whole story.

Because the game is called "Tomb Raider". Tomb means death and Raider means attack. Put those words together and it makes... "Death Attacker". When you attack death. You don't die easily is what it means.As she got impaled by a stick, slid down 2 slopes. catched on fire. and got attacked by wolves. So this game really does make sense!

My dad recently gave me a bunch of ps4 and ps5 games that my uncle didn't want anymore, one of them being Rise of the Tomb Raider. After looking it up and finding it was a sequel, I found this video in order to be informed on the plot and gameplay for when I can play this game. It looks interesting, and many reviews claim that the sequel is indeed better than the 2013 game! Very excited, I'm sure it will be excellent. Also, this reminds me a lot of Uncharted. The gun fights, the supernatural lore, even the main character seems to share some qualities with nathan drake!

this is probably one of my favorite tomb raider games as it really pushes you to explore and its more open world than the other tomb raider games, like shadow of the tomb raider was more story focused. but rise of the tomb raider was a mix. had story and exploration elements. although i loved the scale of this one and its island
