My sister lived in Lantana, Florida, which is right next to Palm Beach. While visiting her once I saw some newspaper article about a summer camp for rich kids being held at The Breakers Resort. It said, in the afternoon the kids were learning to parasail, scuba dive, water ski, etc. BUT... in the morning they were being taught about the Stock Market and how to invest using paper! I believe they also said halfway through the camp they would switch to actually purchasing stocks and then following them for the rest of the camp. THAT'S the difference between poor kids' summer camp and rich kids' summer camp. I went to music camp. Why didn't my parents send me to stock market camp? It never even OCCURRED to them that such a thing was POSSIBLE. Nor did it occur to the people running the camp. How much more would it have cost to teach that instead of teaching kids to play an instrument?

Trap always does a great interview. There was a big problem that was skipped over. Tom kept trying to make a point that race is not a factor, which is absolutely false. It is true, that is race is less of an issue today than it was in the past. Tom, usually does better research. Trap briefly hit on the point that everytime Blacks built a thriving business community it was destroyed by racist whites. Another point, that also is brought up throughout the interview is that proper education is important. You have to remember that it was at one time illegal to teach Blacks how to read to prevent Blacks from improving themselves. In fact, lots of White people were killed for trying to teach Blacks to read. Today, lots of American communities are fighting to keep examples of American history like that from being taught in schools. But the fact still remains that even today, Black businesses still get significantly less investments. Blacks are given loans with higher interest rates and there is a HUGE wealth gap between races that was caused because of racist systemic practices put in place to try to prevent Blacks from gaining wealth. In spite all of the racism and because there are people that fight for equality, things are better than they were in the past. However, race still is very much a factor.

Well said, racism is embedded in the fabric of America. I hate when ppl see blacks who make it, act like it's not. We're not given the same opportunities. I made, but I fight everyday to keep it

Equal opportunity. It’s not skin color nor race it’s culture. Don’t have a victim mentality. Not everything is perfect stop complaining.

This is a great statement and it's very well put together, but the Forex markets, bitcoin, chart patterns, and candlesticks don't care about my skin color or where I'm from. I personally don't believe in systemic racism.

Well said brother Kwame. I really love how Trap clears the air with such calmness and poise. As for the problem you said that was skipped, it’s only skipped by those it doesn’t relate too.

Thanks a ton @Tom Bilyeu for this powerful interview with Wallstreet Trapper. This guy spoke so much foundationally, important sense in an easy to understand, followed & take action on way. So inspirational. Something very special about Wallstreet Trapper's communication skills, message & abilities that I'm left feeling moved, touched & inspired to the depth & degree I am right now. Pls have a follow up. Thanks again Tom & Wallstreet Trapper. 👍🏾

Loved it! Every time I try to challenge myself not to settle with mediocre commitment to my goals, you give me the person whose mindset gives me ideas how to do it. I am so thankful for this interview, made me think how in my little country , called Latvia, we are raised with the mindset that amazing things happen only to people in USA and your job is to earn 400 euro a month and be grateful to your government for that. It's so hard to break from that poverty mindset and believe you can do more, when everything around you literally teaches you that you're not worth it. Thank you, Tom, keep bringing these amazing guests, I need your help.

This is what I needed. Someone from the streets. Not like the rappers "from the streets" who drove Mercedes at 15. Those who didn't know if they were gonna eat that night. Those who watched every car passing by like everyone is about to ambush you. I worked my ass off to get out of it, however, I can't get passed paycheck to paycheck. That's about to change. If you ain't about getting that money, get away from me. I want me and my own to never stress over paper again.

Brother, Wallstreet Trapper, I appreciate that you did not make poverty "a black thing," but also that you are well able to kick knowledge on institutional/systematic oppression in our hoods (e.g., destruction of Black Wall Street and other affluent black communities around this nation; threads that connect and oppress black communities). Tom/Team, thank you, I've listened to a few of your shows and joined today! - Gibbism

Tom - observation and I say this with love. Your words and body language do not have to be altered because of the guest you have on. Being in prison and living in the hood isn’t your story. You’re story and style is why you’re watched so much. No need for sweaty palms.
