Impressive! We built one (using a kit rather than fabricated ourselves) by putting the frame up before summer, stacking a strawstack within the frame, then put the roof on from standing on the bales. Bit of a cowboy way of going about it, but it worked very safely without the cost of a roofing contractor (and I'd built my house using Hesstons as scaffolding, so had a bit of experience of the technique!)

At 21:10 your mate is positioning the bolt box. He pushed it down a couple of times into the concrete, but it kept "floating" back up a few mm. Can he not weight it down with a couple of fist size rocks to stop it from floating back up?

We put up all our own sheds too but be use second hand material , steel all shot blasted and painted , shed we are putting up go used box profile sheets on it due to the extortionate cost of new , rope and safety harness on safe as houses , only new was the purlins , as you said saves a fortune 👍

Good video chap but worried this will make less capable people think it's fine to build big buildings with little experience? it's all fine until it falls over and someone gets hurt. Sorry to play it down but there is legislation in place for a reason, this makes a mockery of decent fabricators earning an honest living for a well built product. I really think 35k saving is unrealistic for a like for like comparison. That's my honest opinion.
