The most overblown incident of our time. Will calmly walks on stage to the podium. Then, raises his palm high in the air, elbow out as if to say "here it comes", then "slaps" Rock. Just like WWF or WWE smack. Loud for effect but not to cause injury. "Wow" Rock lets out.
