Also, Maxx might be the best player the Raiders have but that doesn't change the fact that he lacks dedication to the weight room and has too many distractions off the field! Maybe if he stayed focused on football in and out the field and showed more dedication to the weight room he wouldn't get completely shut down like in the first Bills game last season! 💯
