In the third round of THE PLAYERS Championship 2019, Tommy Fleetwood had a rough front-nine but carded four birdies on his back-nine to shoot a 2-under 70, getting him to 14-under for the tournament, tied for second with Rory McIlroy and just one-stroke off the lead heading into Sunday.
