The part that killed me was after Grace was shot and she was dying in Tommy’s arms and they cut to a wide shot and we could see her almost caressing his back, soothing his pain as she died. Maybe it wasn’t intentional but, it was a very powerful touch before they cut away. Such a fantastic show…

In this scene actually, its pretty obvious Tommy was already all over the place in love with Grace. He could have known here right away about her being a spy or something was clearly off but he was blinded alright. So many lies and red flags from Grace that Tommy missed out or simple ignored for he just wanted her by his side. The "for whatever reasons" he said was very telling. It's like all doubts or suspicions he has on people always was thrown away when it comes to Grace. He just thought of her as perfect and ideal, and when he knew she was not, he fell even more. Amazing storyline. Grace and Tommy forever ! 💕

And I also understand it was about Tommy’s downfall for all his previous actions and in the end he had to rise from the ashes but still s6 fell short of doing justice to characters we actually cared for (limited appearances of ada, arthur), i also feel s5 plot build up didnt pan out the way it was meant with michael/gina and we dont even know what happened to the billy boys. Just left a bad taste in the mouth.

I’m still so bitter about her death 😭 I know that Tommy isn’t meant to be happy, but I would’ve loved to see Grace’s character grow alongside Tommy’s. I also think that Grace, Ada, and Polly would’ve created an amazing bond and relationship. And they would’ve been lethal for the Peaky Blinders organization. When Mosley said to Tommy that he wanted to sleep with Lizzie when Tommy invited him over to Lizzie’s bday party ballet celebration, I’ve always wondered what Tommy’s reaction would’ve been if instead of Lizzie, it was Grace who Mosley wanted to sleep with. I’m sure he would’ve lost his marbles right then and there. Grace just brought out a different side of Tommy and I love seeing that contrast in a character (the good, the bad and the ugly ). Can’t wait for the movie, though! It’s going to be EPIC!

Never liked Grace. If you paid attention to the show, she was always the wolf in sheep’s clothing. This is something most people never understood. Her job as a spy, how she treated her first husband and then as a ghost. She appears to be good but is always bad news. The good things she brings were never real, she was always bad underneath it all and brings nothing but misery to everyone.

This is why he will be redeemed. Grace died and was never redeemed. She never changed. Even Grace as a ghost (the writer confirmed that is indeed Grace) wanted Tommy to kill himself, so he could possibly join her in the darkness/hell. This is why Ruby’s death was necessary, Tommy needed a saviour on the other side that will tell him to live, so he could have a second chance.

@@cleftheart I find it intriguing that Grace has to be bad to you. I never saw all that. She’s human so she’s flawed. Even though she’s beautiful. She’s not innocent. A man like Shelby isn’t built for that. He loved and wanted a woman like Grace. They were a lot alike and they saw themselves in each other. Yin and Yang. A little bit of good in bad (Tommy) a little bit of bad in good (Grace) Tommy never thought he’d ever find a woman like Grace. She was his first great love. A woman who loved him as him and who he not only loved but respected. Rare. Her ghost was his own psyche and grief that hunted him. He felt his curse killed her. It did in a way and her death actually ended the curse since she died wearing it around her neck. Sacrifice. In the end after he went through hell Tommy got his life back and his daughter let him know it was ok to let the past go so he could live and love again. Grace was necessary for his evolution. Without her he wouldn’t have been the man he was supposed to be come.

I think maybe it was what SK (the writer) was trying to do, put a blinder on the audience's eyes, make us think one thing when it truly means another. One example, is the Grace character, she seems good, but she really is not. That is just based on what I saw on the show and how I interpreted what the writer (SK) said about her ghost. Only my opinion, of course. It seems to me, she pretends to be a good person but she’s not. She’s flawed, true, but she never learned or try to change for the better. Every good thing about her seems to be a lie. Again, a wolf in sheep’s clothing. She’s a great fantasy, but it seems that’s all she was, a fantasy and not real. Not sure about Grace being Tommy’s great love. She only made an impact because she hurt him. Her ghost is actually her (Grace), according to the writer. So, that’s actually Grace telling Tommy to kill himself. I don’t see this evolution, it seems like he was worse. SK said that when Tommy sees Grace he is in between worlds, and what kind of world do we see Grace was coming from, somewhere dark, giving off negative vibes (telling Tommy to kill himself), compare that to Ruby, who showed up from a bright place, giving off positive vibes (telling Tommy to live). Tommy is guilty on both of their deaths, but he sees their ghosts differently. Grace's death didn’t end the curse. In fact, it started it. I didn’t think the sapphire was cursed to begin with, Tatiana was just lying to him (again, my opinion only), but maybe the event of Grace’s death or she on the other side caused the sapphire to be cursed. Tatiana and her aunt had those sapphires inside them when they smuggled them to England and nothing bad happened to them, but after Grace’s death, it became cursed and killed a little girl, and because of that, the little girl’s family put a curse on Ruby for revenge. That’s why when Ruby was getting sicker, they showed a picture of Grace, as if she was angry or as if it’s her kind of revenge to Tommy from the other side. Grace was also being compared to Diana (the villain) in S6. By the way, thank you for being so nice, I truly appreciate that. I can tell by your tone that you are nice. Everytime I share my opinion about what I truly think of the Grace character, I get attacked and people are just rude. You are one of the nice ones.

Grace is a liar man. He knows she’ll a liar! The audience knows she’s one too! But despite all that they were better together. That’s the important thing. And who was asking for her to be a better person? She’s in love with a criminal! 😂 Tommy will always have dirty parts and Grace would help bury the bodies. She bodies a couple of them herself and the glided out of town like tk was nothing light work. Beautiful and vicious and in a world like Tommy’s he needed that in a woman cuz she could hang no matter the ugliness. She saw him bludgeon a man to death after Abe shot one of the IRA. That’s when they fell in love. She defied her fathers legacy for Tommy. Cheated in her husband and got pregnant before marriage showed up to her wedding dresses as a widow turned to the crowd husband and wife bold 😂. Just began watching PB and am totally over the moon with it. Everything about it. However, by series 3 I’m beginning to get so effin’ irritated watching Cillian Murphy smoking in every bloody scene. In every friggin scene he’s either lighting up a new one or just inhaling another one. It’s relentless…and it’ll put me off watching the rest of the series. How much smoking do you need? I can already predict he’ll die of lung cancer by the end.
