Character Tommy is the human equivalent of a kicked puppy. He just keeps going back to Wilbur over and over for the love and acceptance he lacks, but Wilbur doesn't care. Tommy tries so hard and the fact that Quackity is still trying to reason with him is so sad.

c!tommy has this really strange attachment to things that aren't good or worthwhile to hold on to. we saw it in the disc war and in the way he was friends with c!dream in exile and we see it now with c!wilbur. c!wilbur and c!tommy both seem to have separate messed up ideas about what is possession, but it works out that c!wilbur uses people and c!tommy just ends up getting used. sad :(

(Not in a ship way, don’t ever dare) Quackity and Tommy here are just amazing. Tommy keeps going back to Wilbur thinking “he’s changed. he’s back. maybe i can trust him again.” But Wilbur has just gotten worse. Even then, he’s the only person with Tommy (ahem, literally everyone else having their own lives and tubbo “having other things”) so he keeps going back to Wilbur. This can be seen as well as the dynamic with Quackity and Schlatt. I think that Quackity knows Wilbur’s manipulating him, and maybe just tries to reason with him, because he’s been there before. *i make myself cry*

Guys Slime was safe with Tommy and didn't seem distressed (like when he saw pants), Tommy was friendly and joked with Slime even assuming Slime he wouldn't ''beat him'' and asking Slime to join his side non-threateningly. Finally, Foolish showed from his pov he was not concerned over Slime's safety and said he thought Slime was fine after he was kidnapped caring more about getting something in return for Linda. Tommy holding Slime hostage wasn't framed as Tommy regressing into an unhealthy mindset, he didn't hurt anyone & everyone was aware of this. (Expect Quackity who was told these events through a warped pov and thought Slime was hurt) Also, Tommy let Slime out of his prison constantly (which slime actually liked because it was a hole) shown in Slim wandering around and talking with Ranboo after being captured.

@@qazwsx014jsbd8 yeah but that was because he was in the afterlife for living years > 1 year, but in the after life it was over a decade. Hence why he has signs of old age (white hair), Tommy in canon doesnt have white hair since he was dead for 2/3 days and Tommy in a lore stream once said one living day is a month in the 'void', hence why he doesnt have a streak of white hair. Fanartists draw Tommy with a streak of white hair as a headcanon that being revived gives you a streak of white hair ( I think)

I'm so confused. Did Tommy completely forget the fact that Wilbur still wants to go and thank dream because he sees dream as a good person who saved him? Wilbur didn't really change for the better, yet Tommy trusts him and follows what he says.

Because Wilbur used that fact that there a family to use him and family has become very important to Tommy especially since he kind upset most of his family(Techno and Phil) so having Wilbur is important because at this moment its the only family he has. And Tommy states as much as a bad person Wilbur is he believes not to give up on the ones you love. He's still going against Wilburs idea of visiting dream so he's trying to convince not to visit.
