Yes,Kristin his sister with Kimand their 2 girls. Chris of course. I don't know who Elvira is inrelation to them. The guy in the hat was a Swedish reactor and friend of Tommy. His channel has much reactions to ABBA and Tommy, David aka Giventoe. He often sings a bit in his intros to his Tommy reactions.

Late answer but Elivra is also Tommys niece, She is daughter to Tommys older sister so she is cousin to Kristins kids :) Elivira is the first girl in the beginning.
