Making sure their posture is strong and allows for the full use of their airways, shoulders relaxed and chest open. Practicing breathing in rhythm with their singing. Lips trills and humming. Improving lung capacity and max vo2. A good example of a recent singer who has greatly improved their breath control and you hear it in their live performances is Chappell Roan. I think it might have been The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, RedWine Supernova. Notice how she's dynamically moving across the stage, jumping etc and her voice is as strong and clear as it was when she started. Chefs kiss.
