My question is: does contempt of court require a conviction in the harshest prison in the whole of the UK, Belmarsh? This is where they put terrorists and the worst criminals, as far as I know. What's the use of a judge pretending to have 'concerns' for a convict's safety when he's literally thrown him in the lions' den? I can't emphasise enough how disgusted I feel with the British justice and political systems. I used to look up to the UK and I thought that my country, Malta, was corrupt. Boy, was I wrong! For shame. The UK is not a country I will be looking to visit anytime soon. It's the new gestapo.

They won't get away with it. Too much water under the bridge imho. They cannot deny what the judge said. It is common knowledge that TR/Stephen has a fatwa on him for exposing grooming gangs etc and I have come across all the things he mentioned throughout my working life in very multicultural environments. The prisons are run by Asian gangs. The government is on very thin ice, especially after the cover up of Southport when Stalin blamed it all on "right wing racists" in the knowledge, according to journalists and Dominic Rudd, that the home office would have been aware more or less straight away the circumstances , but chose to arrest innocent civilians like Peter Lynch, RIP.

If such as Elon Musk's remarks are valid, provocation from the self-identified 'elite' might suit, before a cohesive base for resistance can be formed, despite recommendations from those who are alert, that others become clued-up too.

In the 70s or 80s anyone given a life sentence were made to serve their first 6 months in solitary confinement. This was deemed to be inhumane and equivalent to torture by outside agencies and was subsequently stopped. So even ignoring Mr Robinsons CIVIL charge, if they cannot match the safe accommodation that was afforded him in Belmarsh prison, then surely his sentence should be commuted to house arrest and reporting to his nearest police station.

The governor of the maximum security prison Belmarsh received around 10,000 mails about his safety when she, for "financially reasons" eventually gave him the option of being moved to the most dangerous unsecure part of the prison, or suffer solitary confinement in a cell with no bed or TV , and so seeing the response, she obviously got cold feet and quickly had him forcefully moved, strictly against his own wish, to the punishment block in the unsecure Woodhill prison where he has previously been physically attacked by Islamists.

If it was a politician or a politician's son or daughter, would they have even gone to prison let alone a CAT A/B prison? Answers on a postage stamp! And from what I've been told by prisoners, ex and current prisoners, some of them still on IPP sentences, that duty of care goes right out of the window. To be specific, they don't care. I have even heard that there are criminals recruiting officers in the prison system to run drugs and other illegal contraband, so realistically, Tommy is never safe while he is in there.

A political prisoner whose "crime" as a journalist was to tell the truth exposing a cover up or put another side to a story whichever way you want to look at it. The judge who set the injunction in fact imo, was negligent because he did not view the film silenced but actually put a ban on it being shown. This is what TR/Stephen Yaxley Lennon pleaded guilty to - showing a film which had already been screened in the US so a cover up or that is how it looks to us mere plebs. This is a man who deserves protection. His crime is a civil crime but the authorities want him shut up. This is a man who speaks the truth unlike it seems the cover ups of this government - Southport the most recent. TR has family - three teenage children and parents. I am disgusted that a so called "civilised society" whips treat a person like this - hardened criminals are treated better! Murdered, rapists and paedophiles released from prison to lock political prisoners up! It is a disgrace int he 21st century. If anything happens to him, this government will be held responsible.

If anything should happen it will be the old adage, lessons have been learned; by far not anywhere near enough. The judge knew Tommy in prison was going to be a target he said as much.
