Through out the years the creators of the game was made by the name of Naughty Dogs who create the last of us that won up to 200 hundred awards ever since the game awards from the past. In my opinion Tommy is the most dangerous character in the entire Last Of Us game universe, he has all the same survival and combat skills Joel has with the added bonus of being a elite level marksman sniper. He single-handedly took out a huge chunk of the WLF soldiers by himself using his sniping skills too the point where they thought it was a group of Seraphites stalking them through the city (Manny’s audio confirms this during the mission where he’s hunting Manny and Abby). They made a huge mistake disabling him at the end of the second game.
