Ste Mann lol I was exactly like you about 6 months ago. I know everything there is to know about Tommy and the making of this wonderful movie the room. I’d highly recommend you read Greg’s book the disaster artist. It goes into detail about everything concerning tommy before, during and after making the room. Be warned though there is a reason why tommy doesn’t like his book...it doesn’t paint a nice picture of tommy. He actually really pissed me off in the book

Except he only kinda knows what he's talking about. Actors hold props to seem real and relatable, not just because theyre nervous. If a movie was made in 2018 where a character wasnt once nose deep in their phone, it'd be a hard sell. Props are very important in giving you something to do and Tommy is explaining it as if that's a bad thing...

I met Tommy in LA Comic Con about 6 years ago. He was selling merch and was hosting a panel that same day. He was honestly a super chill, really kind person when I met him. I took like 12 pictures with him and he kept asking if I wanted to take more, he was so cool! I hope to meet him again one day.
