I am from DR and I am building my house there in a small town Where I was raised till I came to NY living in New York has taught me a lot including that sometimes living with less but a more quite and peaceful life without much stress it’s something that bring joy to me! I can’t catch a break here in New York, car tickets, no parking, working all day everyday to meet end needs, running around omg this way of living is not beneficial for a healthy living! Thanks for the video 🙏🏽❤️

DR it makes a lot of sense young sir! A wise man was once heard say, “I know how to get everything I want out of life”. And when he was asked to expand on that point he said, “Simply help someone else get everything they want out of life”. Your desire to to provide value to people means that you will always be well taken care of. Great video!

The one thing that I have noticed is that PR is a jewel and naturally a beautiful Island in the Caribbean. And also that Americans from PR and the ones that live there are proud of their Island, Culture and history, and rightly so. But yet, most of all, I noticed all the litter, filth and garbage all over much of the island. What is that all about? I wld be embarrassed. WHAT GIVES? We wld volunteer to clean up, get it all nice, and than in 2 days, we wld go bk, and there wld be litter all over the place again.

🇩🇴DR🇩🇴 Thank you Tommy for this video. The biggest idea that I got from it was try things in life. If you don’t like it you can change it. For example you said you thought about living there until you are 30, but then you changed your mind after about a year of living there then you can just change your plans. That’s fine if you don’t like something, change it you have to stick with it forever. Especially as you said you never know how much time you have left so make the most of the time you have. Great video Tommy! 👍🏾

Great video and DR. I kind of do the same thing. I never heard of the $75,000 idea until now and I agree. Never really thought of that but I surpassed that number 24 years ago and it hasn't made me any happier. What I have done to spice life up is move every couple of years. Moving sucks yes but moving to different areas of San Antonio and now outside of San Antonio has made our life fun and interesting. Meeting new people. Experiencing new places etc. I'm in Rotary Club so new towns mean new opportunities to help the community I live in. Our next move in a year or so is going to be a move to Downtown Corpus Christi. I'm from there but now the Downtown has a nightlife and has new condos etc and all new experiences. Our family doesn't quite get it but it's what adds some fun and happiness to my wife and my life. Thanks again brother!
