New Zealand is where tj got the engine set up . But he brought a race set up not a street set up. The place he got to build it generally only makes race engines and really nuts street cars. The car is set up to do a bit of everything drag racing , track racing and highway pulls not how tj uses it .

And I haven't seen any cars completely done in a minute, so there not getting done anytime soon, and when you wait months for a hks silicone coupler like on rudnik r32 doesn't help. He still hasn't drove that car because you need a black hks silicone coupler.
