but like- consider, in a cannon-sense, Tommy doesn't seem to cry, more hides his emotions unless under very stressful situations, so like- it's not that far off that he thinks Dream is near by in this AU just because he's actually crying because he's not used to showing those types of emotion that would make you cry

Well he had to with Philza never being there for him and having an Tyrant of a brother. You either hide your emotions or get picked on.

@@lockskelington314 alright, to clear things up, Tommy far as we know has no actual canonical family phil is a father figure and wilbur a brother in spirit, but nothing by blood. But either way which brotherly figure was a tyrant

@@Emily12471 Wilbur was the Tyrant. And as the Lore Goes (since techno isn't his brother in this) That Philza was a neglectful parent and was selective in his favoritism of Wilbur who didn't need his guidance so he backed off and spent most of his time with his Friend Techno whilst leaving Tommy alone to be picked on Wilbur and Subsequently Tubbo. Tommy(character) without a Proper Father to raise him decided that he was his own father since there wasn't anyone properly raising him. Neither Father nor Brother looked after him and he had to make decisions by himself without anyone teaching him the basics like manors or common sense.
