extra batteries are available for most bikes, you just can sometimes have a hard time finding them.

Hold the M button while key is off keep holding M button turn key on keep holding M buttion until controller parameters are displayed. There are 0-9 settings you can change from but i don't know what they represent. No speed increase 😕

I noticed that the GPS speed on your phone is off. While you were stationary, it read 3mph at 7:43 and 1 mph at 15:40. This gives me doubts about the app's speed accuracy.

Then try a different app, gps signal can jump in and out for numerous reasons. Go fly some gps drones and you will find that out real quick.

Software / Speed limits. Go into the controller to bypass. In this case, you need an LCD Display to do so.
