We're playing this song in our band class and I hate that everyone doesn't like it because it's "boring" or "too slow." The people who say that don't understand the true meaning of this beautiful song, and the fact that people don't get to experience this song like I do really upsets me.

To those who don’t understand the song. It’s the end of the world for someone. A loved one of a person had died and a message is being put out to enjoy the moments with your family. Hence the dramatic tempo and dynamics. Whenever the song gets louder it means that there is hope in dark times.

This song is truly beautiful. Listening to it again brings back so many memories with my past BD. He was amazing and was the one who had inspired me to rejoin band. This was the last song my band played with him, before he was forced to leave. We surprised him by playing a compilation video of our favorite memories with him during the song. Needless to say, this is one of my bittersweet songs I’ve ever played.
