Is she actually singing at all? I guess her mic must be on because you can somewhat hear her speak at 2:05-2:10, but clearly it was deliberately almost inaudible because you (the audience) can barely hear it.

Yes. She changed choreography for NRM mid November. And she had straight hair on that gig

I can tell her mind was very faraway... something was really wrong, she was so serious...

She defienietely was... She was quite often out of tune, distracted, looked tired. Not to mention her speeches - I had embarasing feeling of latest Jimmy Fallon interviews all over again. Let's hope it's just temporary.
