I remember ads for the Brother Theodore show. I was a young kid, but the ads impressed me. A line drawing of a very grumpy guy. Colin could probably play it well. I always enjoy Colin’s reminiscences about NYC in the 60s and 70s, reminds me of those days.

Groucho talked about this PC crap all the way back when he did "You Bet your Life".. he said specifically that he can't say anything about anyone so I'll just have to say it about myself. Then he went on to read a letter from a plumber that said Groucho said something against plumbers, so of course Groucho apologized and the immediately followed it up with an plumber insult joke.

The Cherry Lane Theater, a century-old fixture in the West Village’s off-Broadway playhouse scene, has been sold for $10 million. A partnership between entertainment company A24 and private equity firm Taurus Investment Holdings purchased the 14,400-square-foot theater last month after mounting debt caused its longtime owner and former artistic director Angelina Fiordellisi to sell. -- Crain's
