Hey Tom just wanted to say a huge thank you, just started a new job on a dairy farm and it was your videos that inspired me. First person in my family to work on a farm since the 70s.

Be careful remember life can get away from you. If your retired then do what you love. If your young learn dairy operation and more important learn the paper work and rules. It’s hard to save up enough money being farm hand. So you will need to move on or work with the farm owner to create a plan(can’t pay you enough). Don’t trust anyone get it in writing so your covered(Ie owners dies and the relatives are evil).

It's mind-blowing how much you have to know about almost everything to be a farmer! Animal husbandry, animal welfare, nutrition, crop nutrition, crop rotation, crop & feed storage, fertilizers, laws regarding animal waste, ecological issues, buildings, metal working, engine & vehicle mechanics, JUST TO NAME A FEW! The list goes on & on. AND that's before you add in social media creator, television shows, and the charity work!! Anyone that thinks farmers have it made are just silly because you are some of the hardest working & caring people as a group that I've ever met. Thanks for taking us along for the ride. Well done, Tom & the Ginger Warrior!

Tom, I’ve noticed that NONE of the ladies in the new Cow Palace, have scraped up and bloody hips and spines - thanks to the cubicles that flex! Their backs are as healthy as they are when they are enjoying summertime grass out in the fields. Their condition all by itself , is a great ad for EZ Fix! I’m not a farmer, but I love watching all manner of bovine videos, and the ladies in your Cow Palace seem to really love their new accommodations.🐄❤️

Love the summary you and your dad gave on pros and cons of your new cow digs! It’s nice to hear how you feel its working out for you and the benefits for you as well as the cows with all the changes. The cons were just pointers that you would have changed to tweet it to being even more beneficial so that was great. Glad that it has worked out so positively for you and I look forward to the smoke test. I really enjoyed when you had it done the first time and to hear how changes could be made and how it helps. Just wanted to tell you I subscribed today. Had been feeling bad, and watching KZbin, the GP hoof guy popped up. One day, he was on your farm, and was talking about what a joy it is to go to your farm, as clean as you keep it, how great you take care of your animals, and really love what you do. I started out farm life as a 10 year old on a dairy farm in Missouri, USA. I then started watching you, too. We had nothing as nice as you have. Your dad is an encyclopedia of farming! I learn so much, even though I don't have cows, I have small animals now that I'm retiring. So, I got a new puppy. She's only 4 weeks old. She wasn't doing well, missed her family, but they couldn't keep them bc how expensive it is to feed them all. We sat in my chair, and started watching your show together. She calmed down. I now let your youtube channel go in the background for her to listen to and watch. I watch when I can. I'm hoping it helps your channel with commercials, running a lot. Thank you for being there for us! We appreciate you!

Fabulous video Tom great to have a talk through of what's good and what you would of done differently although it's only very minor tweaks by the sound of its been an overwhelming success. I'm sure this video will be massively useful to other farmers looking to upgrade or build new sheds as I'm absolutely convinced your shed is a blue print for the industry on supreme cow welfare and comfort and should be the industry standard for the future. Lovely to see and hear the ginger guys thoughts and see Joanne helping out a true family farm that's a beacon to British farming at its best and massively deserving of the success your having. As an ex Herdsman with many years experience I can see how happy your cows are in their new home. The are so relaxed
