Thanks for the review I have the New Power Scrub XL and just a tip when you press the foot pedal to release the handle back (after you remove the fresh water tank) the handle goes all the way back and lies on the floor so it's very easy to pop in or remove the dirty water tank...another small feature is a small black hook, at the top of where the power cord winds around, to secure it so it stays in place and it helps to not vacuum over it all the time. Thank you so much for all your reviews! I just want to point out that although the older one doesn't have latches to remove the spin brushes, they actually do also come out to be cleaned. You just have to yank the piece off (yes, you have to pull pretty hard and it feels like you're going to break it, but it's fine).

I think the green rotating brushes do come off for cleaning. Pull to remove.
