This is a common shift/throttle control box for newer style Johnson and Evinrude motors, especially if you're running an Evinrude E-TEC on your boat. I'm walking you through the details of uninstalling your control box so that you can remove your console for a restoration project, swap motor and controls to another boat, or any other reason to remove this control box.
