SOLID MATERIAL! Seriously. Very good material said in a good-natured humorous way about the lack of harmony in a marraige. Because of the things I say & my tone of voice. Great stuff there.

Seinfeld's best work I believe. He has outstanding speaking skills. He just needs more great material. His speech at the Mark Twain awards to honor Julia Louis- Dreyfuss was SO good. Having a great deal of money seems to have taken a lot of pressure off of him. Plus. He seems to have a woman who is adorable and hopefully they are extremely good for each other.

I remember Jay Leno had Jerry Seinfeld on his show for his 50th birthday, and out of nowhere Mel Gibson comes out pushing a cart with a big birthday cake and begins grabbing and throwing pieces at Leno. Before Leno gets up and gets into a cake fight with Gibson, Seinfeld gets up and runs off (which he has every right to do so, lol)!

Im going thru the same thing jerry is going through: They stopped making my fav underware too. AND1 had the BEST briefs..95% cotton and 5% spandex, no fly, black, 6" leg. They discontinued and NO COMPANY makes 95% cotton/5% spandex boxer briefs, in black, anymore. Ive been looking for years. I have 2 boxes left of the AND1's (they were discounted at walmart a decade ago..i loaded up on boxes..im down to my last two boxes and im holding off for dea life to open them.) Had i known the discount was because they were discontinued i would have bought more.

@Davett53 Жыл бұрын
Yeah,.....I wore the same brand of briefs from high school, college, graduate school, and through 30 years of working,...then one day my brand disappeared. It was a brand, better department stores sold. I had to go out into the world and find a new brand. I had to pretty much buy a common brand,....I now wear Hanes,...alternating between Fruit of the Loom. They are both inferior to my original brand. Thinner, more easily torn,...sometimes the "fly" opening doesn't open or is just a fake opening. Its really kind of gross, because now I have to pee through a "leg opening", or do the "over-under" at the top of the waistband. It makes me SO angry!

When Jerry said, "It's 5:10, where am I going?" Jay should have said, "You're right, you already missed the early bird."
@christopherbramwell8262 Жыл бұрын
If your eating at 4:30p. at certain restaurants, YOU HAVE MISSED THE EARLY BIRD. The early bird starts at 2p. Why is that elderly people like to eat SO early? Are they really that hungry? I really do doubt that's the case. Are they just trying to get the meal done and over with. Nah, I don't think so. Is it to get the quality portions of food. Probably not. Is it to save, what $2? Well, no. I really don't think so. It' s BECAUSE the older you get in life the more you like the idea of "early". " Let's just get there early". "I'm going to bed early". "The store opens at 6, I better get there at 5:45. No, make it 5:30. Just to be safe. "Gotta' get there early! Especially if it's bingo night. Holy cow, you've gotta' get the lucky seat, use the bathroom, get your tea, check your phone messages, find both pairs of glasses. " Next week I'll be early. That oughta' fix it."

@@JeffWarren47 I'm aware of that, but is that it? I see how it's a successful career, but if it's judt that one show and some stand-up, he doesn't really deserve to be on that pidestall he currently resides in the penthouse of. Let's be honest, Seinfeld is a classic show - but it's far from the best sitcom to ever hit TV, and his stand-up is kinda generic and underwhelming. It's like people find the stand-up funny because he was funny on the show and people laugh from habit rather than a spontaneous emotions. Idk, my dad hated that show because they sent reruns 4-5 times a day, every day, to this day. So maybe I've been condtioned to hate it
