I can't wait to go. The reports are getting better, so I may try next week. I'll be experimenting with different ways to crab from a kayak and using different baits.

I actually like both, but I love the taste of blue crabs. Crab stuffed fish is the best of both worlds 😃. Crabbing is a lot of fun when they are running. My wife actually prefers to go crabbing over fishing. Thanks for watching.

Thank you. I believe it is aluminum. You can buy theme in most local tackle shops in Maryland. Bass Pro Shops has them as well, but I don't see them online. The place I know of is Captain Bruce's Crabbing. The handle is different from what I have. Here's a link to nets on his site captainbcs.com/snood-trotline-supplies-recreational-crabbers.

TomyTek Outdoors I’ve done this on a pontoon boat for years. Great set up! I would recommend using a small plastic hose real to wind up the line with the necks. Put it on top of boogie board and attach anchor and line to get out way while crabbing.

To answer your question about where, it really depends. It's different every year. I was doing well in the South River for years, then I moved to the West and Rhodes River. Lately I've been crabbing in various places in Eastern Bay. When I find them, I'll let you know.
