@ZakiRa1111 it's just a matter of presets you set, position of mic, panorama etc. Sound is huge and real.

@@stachejs5853 not to mention the audio in this isnt raw, its clearly mixed. So the plugin is no different than real gear and getting a tone and then mixing it. Plugin sounds dope and coming from Neural plugins it took me some time to realize that STL atleast to me isnt as "mix ready" as neural plugins. But that doesnt mean I dont love them as much or use as often. In fact my go to are neural gojira, and amphubs recto, jcm800 and ac30 for cleans.

Ahh and now you know why the new (nu) wave of Nu-Metal is here, LB/LP/Deftones/Korn were huge, but outcasts... Now they are legends and now we have bands like Alpha Wolf, I would list more but I don't really pay attention to labels, but AW definitely fits this sound pretty well.

No this audio is just the album audio, he's essentially miming. You don't hear the amp sim in this playthrough

I bought this plug in. All in all - a bit shit really. Just feel short changed by the thing. - 18 preset starting points. Go for the Archetype: Rabea instead. (200+ preset starting points) Much better value for money. Sorry Wes - wanted to love it - just really poor value for money.

I need to put an overdrive in front to get anywhere near as bright as Wes’ album tone but the plugin has no overdrive. The Diezel on its own is muddy and not tight or bright at all. Add an overdrive or a bright switch to the amp:

@@AsAugustSleepsthey put a fuzz in it, which idk for me, is amazing. Having a fuzz voiced to work with low tuned guitars is refreshing, but if you really needed an OD you could either lower the gain of the fuzz (since that’s how a real big muff works) or crank your input gain.

I don't understand with all these playthrough's videos online now and almost none of them use live, unedited audio. Especially for a video advertising audio plugins and you can't even hear the audio of what is being advertised. We're not here to hear somebody mime over the studio recording, we want to hear the player actually playing the song. Does nobody play live anymore? Everything has to be pre-recorded, pre-mixed, pre-edited, excessive use of backing tracks and faked when it actually comes time to video yourself playing it? C'mon.
