Hola! Según las especificaciones, se recomienda que este soporte admita un tamaño de televisor de hasta 42 pulgadas. Es necesario encontrar otro tipo de modelo de soporte para televisor que admita hasta 55 pulgadas. Si instala un televisor de más de las especificaciones, más adelante podría haber problemas de caída.

I did it with x400 version and my monitor is 32inch 8kg and it is being titled so much down. I tried to untitled it and tightend the screws but the mount itself is titled no idea why. Do u have any suggestions?

Sorry don’t have this model X-400 to advise more.Should be a same design as it.Important to adjust the bracket angle screw and make sure it fully and strong tightened .

@@TonaziTube I umounted the monitor and flipped the bracket between the mount and the wall mount that is responsible for the tilt as well as putting addional lashes between the bolts and screws to make sure its tightened and now it is perfect.

Cannot move tv position up or down but can move the display of tv angle.

El video es bueno solo que en algunas tomas colocas piezas que después en otra toma consecutiva cambias, y eso confunde, por ejemplo pones rondanas plateadas y después terminas colocando las de plástico negro y no específicas que tornillos usas en la pantalla, ocupas muchas rondanas y en la caja solo vienen 3.

please answer quick! i got the same one but when it comes to drilling the holes to put the anchors in, i don’t have the little piece to drill a 10 mm diameter so they won’t fit in the hole! if i make it wider with my drill then it probably won’t be stable let me know!

You should find exactly size for drill bit,otherwise it will cause troubles later which bracket not stick properly and might fall down.

También siempre hay disponible un kit de tornillos de montaje universal para TV. Para televisores de 19 a 22 pulgadas, el tamaño del tornillo es M4. Para televisores de 30 a 40 pulgadas, el tamaño del tornillo es M6. Para televisores de 43 a 88 pulgadas, el tamaño del tornillo es M8.

Cool for a 24 inch low to the ground but the x-409 mount is crap for not having the tv bracket detachable because how tf are you suppose to mount a 50 inch tv with the mount already connected

@@TonaziTubeoh I definitely had to change steps I had to have someone hold the tv up while I screwed in I got it in though but the way this mount is designed is terrible and I’ve used a bunch of different styles of mounts from the way you can’t detach the tv mount connect from the arm to the fact that is has 2 screw holes at the top where it only needs one because that’s too wide for a studs
