You never fully show the machine you use or give the names of the brands you recommend. There are several on your Amazon storefront that have questionable reviews. It’d be great if you were more clear on which machines work best, how they work , etc. I read a review that said, most of these steppers are only able to work in 15 minute intervals meaning that you can’t work out on it for 30 minutes or an hour straight because it can cause the machine to malfunction, start squeakin loudly, and just overall working out on it for long periods of time isn’t good for the machine. This is odd to me because we can work out on a treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour, or a stairmaster for 30 minutes to an hour, but you have not once said that that is the case for the machines that you work out on, but almost all of the reviews for the steppers on Amazon mention that

She stated previously that she is not promoting any particular brand of stepper. Just do the research and choose the one that suits you best. It's not one size fits all. Stairmasters and Treadmills cost a lot more money than these steppers. You can buy 2 steppers and alternate between the 2 of them to get a full 30 minutes or more of exercise time. It would still be cheaper than purchasing a treadmill or a Stairmaster and take up less space.

So yours is an elliptical stepper, it sounds like. It'll do the same.
