Anna! Today is my birthday, and my gift to myself at 42 is doing this work out and getting back into cardio several times a week. Because I haven't worked out in 10 years (health problems made me quit martial arts) I did half the time for each set, so 30 seconds became 15 with a break and 50 seconds became 25 with a break. It was perfect. Thank you very much! 💜

I am 67 years old! I have been consistently working out since I was 17. This definitely was a very challenging workout but I was able to do it! It pays off to workout your entire life.

You did it though yay! Just curious for anyone else who does these hits workouts consistently do you feel like you lose more weight or feel stronger with this than just a tegular cardio run? Or how frequently are you able to do Hitt per week?

@@Made8202010 Well, you’re both losing weight and getting stronger, because you do bodyweight exercises. If you want to see results in a year from now, you should add lifting weights in your workout routine, not very heavy, just make the beginning. And don’t forget that by doing these videos, you can lose 200-280 calories maximum, so you have to follow a calorie deficit diet too. Hope it helped!

@barbara2268 Thanks for the advice! Yeah I've been trying to work on reducing calories but I'm someone who eat like 1 or 2 meals a day but I find myself way more hungry when doing this. I guess if I want to shave off 10 lbs I should do this everyday? I struggle with my arm strength as well cause still can't do a full push up lol. BUT my legs are strong and so much easier to improve on.

@@Made8202010 Probably you aren’t seeing results because you eat way less than you should. I mean, 1400-1500 calories for a diet are okay, you don’t have to starve. Besides, our body gets used to starving and burns in a lower rhythm calories, in order to survive. It is vital to eat enough and in a healthy way, so you can count your calories whenever you eat in order to see if you’re overeating, because sometimes we think that we’re eating less calories because we a few meals, but when we count the calories in reality they are a lot. Secondly, workout on a daily basis, while you’re having a balanced diet in order to see results. Good luck!

Wow what a workout. I stopped it multiple times to see how much time is left. Lost my energy in the half of workout. Somehow managed to do by taking 2-3 small breaks to take a deep breath and then continue. Fabulous 💓. You are the queen of workouts. This 👑 is just for you.🔥🔥🔥

Hi Anna! Great workout, thank you🥵There is only one thing, the Star jump: Start in a quarter squat position with your back flat, feet together, and palms touching the sides of your lower legs. Jump up, raising your arms and legs out to your sides (your body should form an “X” in mid-air). Land softly with your feet together and immediately lower yourself back into the starting position. 😉😉

I used to be super active and while I was earning my degree in Dietetics I put on so much weight because I sat at a desk and studied all the time. Earing my B.S. has been hard on my mind and body. This was the first exercise I've done in a while. It kicked my butt!! But I'm feeling the best I've physically felt in a long time!

Anna, I do your workouts about 4 times per week. This was one of the toughest, I agree! Great burn. I am drenched in sweat from head to toe. The finisher was very challenging, my upper body was collapsing!

Super musique pour cette séance! Un peu difficile pour moi j’ai des pauses mais j’ai terminé😅 ça fait un challenge la prochaine j’essaie de faire mieux! Just did it this morning...and you are right this is hard, maybe because the timer are longer than tabata workout, so it feels harder...😅😅
