I had the pleasure of seeing him live in the 90's. He was so incredibly funnily. One of my favourite stand up comedians ever. Seriously, we almost DIED from laughter that night. RIP Mr Dexter. Love ya.

Soooo brilliant, and unique! I loved him the minute he graced the Real McCoy stage! Felix change the face of comedy in Britain along with Mccoy crew! He was funny, but he joked about real issues that affected our society at the time! He taught as much as he made you laugh! Im beyond sad to know that we will never see these great characters brought up to date, but im so happy to know that I can always rerun these classic sketches he left behind! Thanks for making my teens great! Comedy genius RIP!

I laughed and cried at the same time. Just a natural. Saw him at the Beck Theatre in Hayes years ago and because we were only about 20 in the audience he sneaked in and sat with us and started talking like the Accountant asking who we were seeing. Felix Dexter was one of our great black comedians the most sad thing about his passing is that he was tragically underused all we got was mostly Lenny Henry and Stephen K. Amos who gradually whitened their comedic skits to gain mass appeal.
