I really enjoyed this today. I also did one of your arm videos. I can't afford the plan with the meals but eating clean and hoping to see results. I get your other workouts in my email each day. How many times do you recommend doing each video to really see results? I went for a 30 min power walk then did this and another video today. I am really hoping to lose 10 to 15 pounds by my birthday in June and also rock a bikini . I used to be 110 and now 125 I am 5'4. Any tips I am open. Thank you so much. You guys are great. xox

Shivangi Vikas Mishra I'm a dancer to. I lose 20 pound when I was a bit chubby and I just kept doing excersise over and over. Every day. Now I weigh 126 pounds and BTW I use to weight 140 pounds. And I'm 10 years old. And I just ate less and I didn't go on a diet!

I know your performance has probably been long gone but for someone your age it would be good to begin a healthy lifestyle that works for you. Now comparing yourself to others is really not the best way to do it especially if you are in a healthy weight range. Everybody has a different body and you can use it to your advantage. However, if you want your body to lean out have a look at what your eating. I have struggled with my weight and I am 23 and have just started to get on the right track. Some peoples body reacts differently with the same foods. I know it is going to sound cliche but this works for 99% of the people trying to lose weight. I think if you cut down sugar so this means chocolate, lollies, soft drink, white bread, orange and apple juices (they actually have a ton of processed sugar), sports drinks, try to eat out as little as possible as restaurants will add sugar as they think it will make the food taste better, marinades from a bottle, pastries from a bakery. Keep about 90% of your diet vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, carrots, celery, eggplants, spinach, bok choi, green beans, beets etc.)and lean meats you will see results after about two weeks. Sorry for the long response. If you feel like something sweet fruits are a great way or honey which is a natural and healthier alternative.

This seems easy and I plan to try it. But with jumping jacks I tend to do a modified version of it so I won't get tired so quickly during the workout, and I don't use weights because I want to lose weight first before gaining muscle. Is that okay? And would it still work?

+Shelby Hall We recommend using 5-10lb weights but you can do any weight where you can complete all the reps with good form! We also LOVE drop sets where you start at a heavier weight and decrease as you go to keep up good form!!

Yeah I use 1.5L water bottles sometimes when I don't have a set, they're kind of like 2lb weights I think. Oh and when doing the pull backs while in plank, I put them on either side of my hands on the floor in the plank, so they're ready and then alternate picking them up when it's time to pull back. I've heard others use sand too, so if you're near a beach or have access to sand, I think you could also fill up large soda bottles with sand or something like that too, but make sure they're sealed so you don't drop sand around.

hi girl! for arms/upper body we like to use between 5-8lbs and lower body 10-12lb. You can always start with a heavier weight then drop down to a lighter to finish the reps - it’s called a dropset! we love u!! xxo K&K 💪🏻🤗🏋🏻♀️😽😽♥️
