That's awesome 😎 I'm a fan of the Galaxy S series of phones for sure. I'll be working on some more content with my S23 Ultra this summer. Trying to get a better hold on case testing and diving a little deeper into guides and my thoughts on these devices. No worries on communication! Can we attach a lanyard strap since there are no holes for the same

If you use the belt clip holder, you could probably attach a lanyard to that, but I don't see any good way of attaching one directly to the case itself.

I just got his case how ever with curved screens I have come to realise 100 percent with zero doubt the absolute best screen protector is the gel ones the reason being is I have dropped my phones countless times and with the gel screen protector it only broke once off a 2 story balcony that being said I used that phone as it was for ever because with the gell screen protector all the glass stayed in place. Was cracked and when viewing the screen on the right angle in light you could see it but until that gel screen protector was removed it was 100 usable and barley noticed with other screen protectors they shatter pieces of glass is missing and it hinders the view of the screen once broken. Gel all the way, kinda harder to find them these days and for a place to heat activate them on but if you can do it. I hot sick of paying for new s20 s22 and s23 ultra screens so I ended up finding a supplier and making these screen protectors my self so I always have them when I upgrade instead of hoping I can find a place that still does the gell screens. Gel screens absorb an absurd amount of fall damage and shock rather then other screen protectors just transferring that kinetic energy to the screen that almost always breaks and breaks bad specially with the beveled edges

Interesting, I haven't done drop testing that high up. What make / model case are you referring to with the gel material?

Is the circular area for the thumbprint on the glass protector obstrusive?

No, it is seamlessly built into the screen protector - no issues with usage. Did you opt for a Tongate case or pick something else up?

Right after installation I have some issues with it not recognizing my finger print every time. Maybe it'll be better when the film has settled completely in. The little cutout is noticeable but not too bad imo. EDIT: After installation I removed all my fingerprints and re-added them with the screen protector on. Now there are no issues.

Did you check how close the camera cover is to the lenses ? Looks like it could scratch it during a slide

Hey, sorry for the super late reply here! In looking at it, there's maybe 1-2mm there so it doesn't look like its scratching the lenses during a slide to me. I guess it's possible if the door failed it would impact the lenses, but I'd rather have that than just the lenses impact for foreign object. Out of curiosity, what phone / case combo do you have?

Thank you I think? I found this to be a relatively solid option for the S23 Ultra. I tend to prefer the bulkier type of cases with built-in screen protectors - I think they typically offer good value as the Tongate model does. Did you have an S23 Ultra?

Hey! I would like to start doing drop testing but I would need to be generating at least enough money to probably butly two of every phone since eventually after repeatedly dropping any phone will stress the glass. I typically need to re-use the phones for many videos. I hope to eventually have a setup for filming about 3-4ft and then 6ft drops.
