Im starting to see a pattern in these tournaments when ppl fight rash. A good Rash is VERY hard to beat. You can NOT go rush-down for rush-down with a good rash. What worked for me is a good zone, and my rush-down was used to punish, not as an opener or a bread n butter.

MK is nothing more than a fancy cash-grab with good guest characters now, 11 was the last good one (and it's still debatable). KI has an auto-combo system that simplifies things for new players but don't hinder creativity, and just that makes it a fundamentally better designed game.
