Cloves boiled in water , about 10 cloves, +litre of water , bring to boil then simmer for 10 mins. Leave to cool , remove mixture to a glass jar and use as mouthwash, I also make a toothpaste and add ground cloves , I always had thrush I tried everything but no joy , the fluid use as a mouthwash I also use as a antiseptic solution for cuts ect , and I use Vicks , vicks is amazing. Gentle brushing of the tongue using a tongue cleaner along with a strict change in diet and lifestyle for at least 3 months and elimination of candida/h pylori/sibo. Also: One of the key things often overlooked by chronic halitosis sufferers is to avoid overcleaning as that creates tears in the tongue tissue thus giving the bacteria room to live in. I've made that mistake and it just made things 10x worse. It will be difficult for few weeks, but reduce the number of times you brush/scrape and be very gentle (but thorough) whenever you actually do. Tongue (mouth in general) is the fastest healing organ of the body, so there is hope. Further, you must fix any and all acid reflix (gerd/lpr), post nasal drip and dry mouth (+ its causes, for example mouth breathing especially at night), while doing an elimination diet (no sugar/carb/dairy and minimal protein) along with probiotics, capsules and oral. Of course get tested for candida/sibo/h-pylori first. Sometimes the answer/solution is actually those simple/generic things we read online but avoid to do thinking our condition is worse than for those whom those treatments worked. Patience and persistence is key. No cheat days for at least 3 months. Good luck.
