Thanks for the comment! The best advice is to take things slow and think of yourself as an athlete. You're developing muscles and muscle memory. That takes time, patience, and focus on relaxed hand position. Scales are a great way to work on that, but really you can focus on fingers with any music as long as it's easy enough for you to devote brain power to focusing on your fingers. Btw it appears mostly when I’m doing fast high notes tonguing, I used enough air support
