I am going through a break up right now. 10 years of partnership. And currently broken. I prayed and asked God to show me what i needed to do. And then i stumbled sa video na to. And i am crying with joy and encouragement. I felt like this interview with Maxene is His way if telling me that I am not alone. This gives me a validation that I am going through a normal process. Thank you. Such an amazing conversation. 💚🙏

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

True this is real in these days i think most relationship are like that now both are broken searching to others their other half so they would be complete but its not the solution and the only one to complete you is only yourself. Learn from your myself and know what really the real problem to yourself not denying your own fault and what your gonna do with Gods guidance 🥺 this is true we must face our own pain before we search for someone and dont act coz you are out of time.

This is so true. I suffered from PCOS for years and every time I got my period before I would break down and cry. Like hagulhol to the max. Then came the time that both my husband and I just surrendered it to God sometime in 2019 when he came home (OFW), we just enjoyed his vacation. Not worrying if we’d ever get pregnant. 3 years after (present), we got pregnant na. Took us 8 years in marriage to finally be pregnant. But it doesn’t end there, I’m having a high risk pregnancy, placenta previa and GDM. I’m just praying to God to give me strength. It will all happen in His time.

This episode has so much power to influence others especially those who are dealing with mental health issues. I love the way Maxene explained everything. She was on point with her ideas and opinions. Never problem your problems, instead, learn how to get through it. Don’t dwell too much on the past but rather focus on the present. You can never turn back times, all you need to learn is on how to get away with the negative energy that your past has brought you to. Remember that it’s ok not to be ok but it’s always better if you speak up and let your loved ones know what you’re going though. Choose happiness as it always attracts positive energy. If you feel like your pain is difficult to heal, surrender it to God and he will do the rest. You will then wake up one day smiling as if nothing happened. Kudos Toni Talks Team and thank you for this life empowering episode.

Love this ep the most. Can't forget a friend once told me "Life really has a way to humble you." I've learned I have been a narcissist (Glad I was able to realize this) and with childhood trauma and failed relationships, I have learned to humble myself. Narealize ko di pla saken umiikot ang mundo 😅 Di kasi ako nasbhan nung bata pa ko. Hehe. When Max said she's sitting on the kitchen floor crying talking to God, experienced that as well. It still hurts just thinking about it but God answered my prayers at that time and that is to help me heal myself. I cant say I'm fully healed now but I know I am doing fine that I was before and it's all thanks to Him. ❤️ And just like Max, even though my past experiences broke me (even wanted to kill myself at that time), I am grateful for everything that had happened because I've learned a whole lot.

Hmmmmm. Good thing I clicked. I didn't like Maxene for some reasons but I changed my view about her after watching this. She seems to sound really smart. I like how she speaks. Taglish pero hindi pilit. Hindi nakakasawang pakinggan. Super real. Respect to this woman.

Feel the pain and let it all out. Express your anger and sadness in healthy ways instead of distracting yourself from feeling uncomfortable emotions,” she said. “Drown yourself in your tears if you have to but never drown yourself in alcohol or a pool of negative and unhelpful thoughts. Grieving is an integral part of the process. You cannot move on without properly grieving a loss.”then next, “Pray for yourself and your ex.” 💕✨️ good luck max kaya mo yan.. ang galing ng convo na ito. Babalikan ko if i will hav pain in the future wag nmn sana pero habang buhay tayu may pain na mn talaga...

"You have to start your own healing process. So that you don't unconsciously project your wounds onto others." my fav qoute from Ms.Maxene sa lahat ng inspiring na sinabi nya. Tinamaan ako dito dahil sa nangyari sa buhay ko nung bata pa ako na hindi parin nagheheal dito sa puso ko.

Maxene’s exponential growth is clear because she’s doing her own inner healing work. Our pain and suffering is the elixir to healing your emotional wounds. Question everything and let go of the lies that we’re taught to believe as little children. It’s important to let go of your own inner child’s conditioning, beliefs, patterns that’s no longer serving your soul. We all have our experiences of childhood trauma, painful memories, unprocessed emotions that’s repressed because it’s not healthy for our mind, body, and soul. Triggers are good because it’s a sign of what needs healing within. You can’t blame others for your pain and suffering. I’m so happy that Filipinos are open and willing to talk about ancestral healing. Be willing to feel and heal your inner child. Be willing to do the work no matter how uncomfortable. Be an untethered soul. It’s one of my favourite book from Michael Singer. Good for you, Maxene. Acceptance is key. Align with your soul’s calling because everything is energy. I have to disagree of calling a breakdown of a relationship a “failure”, it’s NOT. It’s just not a good match of energy. It’s a lesson. Not a waste of your time and energy. We are pure consciousness. Be willing to take responsibility and grow into wisdom and have healthy boundaries. Stop chasing. Be a magnet. Be a Queen. Because. We’re enough, worthy, deserving, loved and be grateful for your pain. Keep the good work Toni. ❤
