Try choc zero for an alternative to sugar. I order from them often..great taste and no sugar. Getting off flour too was very much needed, as I was diagnosed with a serious gluten sensitivity. I make bread at home using almond flour. Also use the egg white wraps for sandwiches. For me,cutting back on carbs was a lifesaver. I’m 61, so realize as we age, we need to be mindful of our food choices,
