Thank you for everything you do for this community! And thank you for how much you've helped me. When I found out about my AIS, back in 2010, I was 17. The doctor said, "Don't worry, you are still as much a woman as you ever were." But I'm not. She was immediately putting me in the binary, and was taking this beautiful term away from me. None of my doctors who I was seeing at the time ever mentioned the term Intersex. It wasn't until about three years ago, with my own discovery and research in the community did I realize that. I kept away from it all because I took it, the news and surgery, so hard. But now there is so much more information and I love it! You've helped open my eyes and mind to so much. And I thank you for giving me this back. Intersex is beautiful!

yasssss that is the type of feedback I love to hear! I'm so happy you found resources and that your are now able to recognize the binary they were trying to unnecessarily force you into. Go you!!

Yay! You go, Pidgeon! You are awesome! I enjoy watching your videos so much. They are informative and inspiring. I hope the non-consensual, unnecessary surgeries done on intersex people will stop, and I long for a future when intersex and non-binary genders are not seen as weird or wrong but are accepted as part of normal human variation.

Thank you for your willingness to be as candid about your journey. The way you explanation how you were born, what happened and why at that time it all occured, gives me such compassion and understanding into the intersex world. I wonder what your life would have been for you had everything been just left the way God made you. I believe Parents do what they thinks best for their child, with the knowledge and experience they have at that time. Thank you for the education, the videos and your insights.
