Your 7-11 haul was interesting. I’ve never seen most of the products. I rarely go to 7-11. The prices for the most part are too high and many of the products are loaded with salt and sugar. Sometimes you can find a hot breakfast sandwich or hot dog for a decent price, but it may have been sitting there for a while. If I’m traveling…I may go there. But again, very infrequently. I enjoyed your video! 😊

Indeed, convenience stores can be pricier compared to supermarkets. I've also heard, as you pointed out, that products like bento boxes are often made with a higher salt content. Eating from there daily might not be the best choice considering various factors. Your comment has inspired me to think about creating videos focused on healthier food options in the future. Thanks for the valuable feedback! 😊💗

@@EverydayShopping_inJapan ALL of your videos are interesting and inspiring! Not only are they filmed in a relaxing manner to view, the content is always so interesting. I do look forward to seeing videos for those of us who are on dietary restrictions. I am type 2 diabetic and have to watch my carb and sugar intake. My sister has to be careful with sodium. Love love LOVE your videos! 👍😊❤

@@trishaferreira2309 I'm still trying to perfect my videos and facing challenges, so it truly warms my heart to hear such kind words from yo💗 Managing your sugar and carb intake must be tough. In Japan, tofu comes to mind as a healthy option, but of course, one can't eat just that every day. As I continue to expand my knowledge, I'll definitely consider creating content focused on healthy Japanese ingredients in the future. Please bear with me as I'll be uploading some sweet treat videos that I've pre-recorded. Wishing you joy every day! 💗✨

I tried many very different 7-11 sandwiches and they were all delicious! The best part is knowing they are all freshly made daily. I'm getting so hungry watching your video 🤣 However, I noticed the prices seem to be quite higher now, it was not as expensive when I was in Japan in 2017. The prices now are almost the same as eating at a restaurant, but still a great choice if you are traveling and want to bring food with you to eat on-the-go. And i love how there's so many different food items to choose from!

Thank you for your comment 💗 You're right! Prices in Japan are rising at a surprisingly fast rate. 2017 was indeed a great time in terms of prices. As you mentioned, they're still a good choice for on-the-go options 👍✨

I wonder, do you mind to teach us how to read the basic intructions for heating up foods at convenience store ? Like which one is minutes, which one is seconds, etc. Thanx
@EverydayShopping_inJapan
@EverydayShopping_inJapan 5 ай бұрын
Regarding convenience store food, the heating method varies by product, so it's difficult to provide general instructions. However, for microwave heating times, you'll usually find information like this on the front or back of the package: 1000W - about 2 minutes 30 seconds 600W - about 5 minutes 500W - bake for 6 minutes 30 seconds 'W' indicates the microwave's power output. '約' means 'about' (though sometimes this may not be included). '分' stands for minutes, and '秒' for seconds. If you meant something different, feel free to ask again!
