This is my little Tonkenese kitten playing with my 4 year old Savannah. This is there first day really playing, and I'm keeping a very close eye on them, but the older cat is starting to accept to kitten.

ChelseaGunners You mean the Savannah right? In general, yes they are somewhat bigger. Some savannah's are a lot bigger, but my experience is most are just slightly bigger. My f4 only weighs 9lbs. His body and his legs are just a little bit longer that an average cat. That little Tonk has the potential to grow to about the same weight, but he will probably be a little shorter at the shoulders.

ChelseaGunners They are expensive cats, but the price varies widely. F1's or first generations are very expensive, then the price starts dropping off fast, and when you get down around the F7's the price is comparable to most pure bred cats. If you look up some savannah breeders on the web, you can find some prices. They eat regular cat food. Although higher protein premium cat food with no grain is best. I feed a combination of dry and a good quality can food.
