How do you get into 3rd person

I Was more so referring to when you watch other players using omnimovement. The movement across the screen is not very clean and the movement they are doing appears really fast. Especially when they slide

No Button, it's when you just watch them from a First Person perspective. I don't think they have come out with 3rd Person mode yet. All I can say is currently when I watch killcams and they use slides and omni movement, it appears a lot slower from their POV but from my own POV they are moving super fast
