I respect the vast universe of rock music and respect every rock fan. I respect black metal because what it represent. It is outstanding and terrific indeed, one of a kind. Even when I listen to it only for college studing purposes, I find something unique in it: it is brave for going against traditional thinking and at the same time is the worst rock music ever. No technical skills at all, too basic riffs and lyrics, and even I dare to say: it doesn't accomplish its own purpose because it has no one, that makes this music unique.

Check out Krallice and then use that as a jumping point if you want to find legit black metal that requires more "technical" skill than you could probably define, "technical" skill doesnt require talent and it has nothing to do with art but it does exist in black metal, you just need to look for it.
