I have been looking for an affordable mic for KZbin and Twitch because I don’t want to spend way too much when I’m not even sure if I can be sustainable with these platforms. About the windscreen, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to use both rods of the boom arm vertically. This way, its more secure.

You can turn on and off the mic by pressing and holding the volume button for 3 seconds. There is no actual mute button.

It was plug n play. The drivers installed automatically. I showed the whole process in the video. Maybe try a different USB port.
