I couldn't tell much of a difference on the Tonor with/without the denoiser. On your camera mic there was a huge difference where I can hear the hiss a lot more without the denoiser. I just ordered this from amazon yesterday and I now know I'll be happy with it as my first stand alone mic. Thanks for the review!

Honestly, I think for you. The noise is an issue, but for a normie like me. I think I can live with it, I use my mic mostly for Discord n shit. And if I really need to, I'm sure I can find the optimal settings in Windows to perfect it. But overall, I got it for $28 with Amazon Prime for my Birthday. And I'm pretty excited, looks like an extremely adorable mic lol.

Nice video Tobias! In my opinion this microphone isn’t even worth the £34 (or $40) I used to use a microphone by Neewer that costed £26 ($31) and even though it had a little noise flaw it came with a lot like this but with a boom arm, pop filter and wind muff. I upgraded to the Samson q2u after a couple months, yet think it is still a very decent sounding microphone for the price. It is called the Neewer NW 7000 USB, I’m pretty sure they still sell them. Anyway, excellent review and your channel actually helped me cross off some microphone that I was looking at after you reviewed some! #AquaMigos and have an amazing day! 😄👍🏼

Hi, I'm not sure if this will work, but I'm pretty sure with iphones at least if you are using the mic and you press the + volume on the side of the phone, I think it also increases the volume of the mic

Yeah like you can make good songs with any mic, but if you want professional recording quality, thats a different story. I think it also depends on what kind of music you are recording. For example, if you are recording some screaming or death metal, with semi distorted vocals, you can probably get away with a less professional mic than someone who is recording some acoustic singer-songwriter music. Some producers are really good though and can make lower quality equipment sound really good. It all kinda depends.

When you were testing the microphone were you talking really loud? or trying to make your voice louder than normal? I don't really raise my voice so I was wondering if it would still work great if I was just a little bit quiet.

Hi you're welcome! I was just talking in my normal speaking voice. I wasn't trying to raise my voice or anything like that. Also, if you feel like your voice is on the quiet side you can always go into your audio setting on your computer and turn up your input volume. Hope that helps! 🙂

I don't have much experience with headset mics, but I know there are probably some pretty good ones out there, so I'm not sure if they would hear a big difference between this mic and a headset mic. "Voice activity" means the mic turns off when you are not talking right? Sorry I've never used discord before, but yeah I imagine that would help with the background noise when you are not talking

Sounds really good, and probably sounds better than the mic on the camera. The closer you are to the TC-777 it sounds more rich. Seems like this mic wants you to be closer.

So the thing is, I've never personally tested the fifine t669, but I have tested several similar USB microphone bundles, such as this one here also by Tonor kzbin.info/www/bejne/hpLTYqaalLurfZI and I would personally go with a mic like that over the TC-777, but it's also almost double the price.

@@kevinlam6435 Hi Kevin, for video I use the stock DeNoiser plugin in Premier Pro (in the effects panel you can search for DeNoiser) and if I am recording audio to Logic Pro I use the stock Noise Gate plugin. As for Volume levels for Zoom/video chatting I would probably recommend just going into your audio preferences on your computer (if you are using a mac it will be in System Preferences> Sound>input) and then select the microphone and then just adjust the volume level so that when you talk the little bar doesn't move all the way to the end (pretty much so it's not clipping and your voice isn't too loud)

Yeah I think it would be totally fine for doing stuff like that. The way that the mic sounded in this video is how it sounds right out of the box without doing anything to enhance the sound.

It will probably pick it up a bit. In my opinion most mics will probably pick up the keyboard clicks. If you are trying to avoid getting so much of the keyboard clicks it can help to try to get the mic closer to your mouth and then turn down the mic sensitivity to adjust

I have been thinking about getting this, I was gonna get the Tonor TC30 but it sounded like there was a bit more gain and weird but it was cheaper and not bad, but the Tonor TC-777 was way better to me but the hiss thing I also heard. But I think I will get the 777 and recommend it, if you want a really clean and good sound for talking with friends but under the 100 dollar expensive price TOTALLY recommend it. But if you only got under 40 bucks check out the Tonor TC-30 because it is also nice and pretty clean as a microphone. But the TC-777 is SUPER good in my opinion.

Of couse! 🙂 The denoiser plugin that I use is just the stock denoiser that comes in Adobe Premeir Pro. If I am just recording audio into Logic Pro I use the stock Noise Gate plugin. I don't know what program you are using but I think most programs have some sort of denoiser. Even iMovie has a denoiser effect. Hope that helps!

With that said, a friend of mine suggested me to buy "Marantz MPM-1000U" which is available in a local store and costs 60€. I think it's probably good for streaming, but it can also pick up other sound in the room, so you may want to mess around with the sensitivity and placement of the mic to get it sounding how you like
