JEEZ! I was just wondering, yesterday, how you were doing. Really good to see a new video and to see you doing so well. My multi sluice is in Alaska (no doubt whimpering in the corner of the cabin) while I'm stuck in Idaho. I think I watched every one of your videos twice over the last 16 months. All the very best - Joe -

Hey Doc ,Its Good to see you again, I was a little worried, I have been using your raptor flair for testing this ground for over five years now. I am getting into mechanical small scale mining next year. I have been in touch with mike on the configuration of your matts that I should use. I will be ordering them in the fall. Thanks for all your hard work on designing these matts, nothing out there comes close to capturing our sub 100 mesh gold. All the best to you and yours. Gary

Thanks for posting this after a long dry spell! The Multi sluice works as advertised. Now if I only could grow decent tomatoes in Arizona...

Great to see another video Doc, been a while. I’ve watched all of your videos some more than once. Big fan, I own and use: flow pan, stream sluice Raptor flare 2.0 and Multisluice. That new battery will make things a little lighter. I’ve been using my Raptor with the 2” champion pump, a 2.5” H&M Dryland dredge nozzle with built in spray nozzle, 25’ 1.5” fire hose and 6’ suction at the end. The main hose is 2.5”. 20’. The H&M boys told me I only needed 31psi, and at full throttle the champion I believe is around 41psi. It works really well (In Lieu of a $6-700 northland pressure pump). A little loud at full throttle but incredible!

I live in GA as well, and I have a question for you. Do you think prospecting on creeks that flow into the Chattahoochee River would be worth my time?

Please bring back the original hog pan! You stopped making them before I could buy. I'd rather have the original one then the new collapsible version.

I notice that the round legs are being used instead of the square ones! Wish I had round ones for my raptor! The square ones are a pain the @SS!

I have only used dream mat so far because I haven't bought anything els except a few things. I'm a huge dream mat fan. But I will be purchasing gold hog in the future
@joesinakandid5283 жыл бұрын
Both are good but Hog Mats are clearly superior for me over a very wide range of variables including the Dream Mat's smaller "Sweet Spot". I find that Dream mats are just too specialized (and limiting) under the conditions where I work and so I just never pursued their use beyond testing. In a certain way there can be "different horses for different courses" - however - when you have an all around winning horse (in Gold Hog mats) why would I ever think about changing? - Joe -
@scotlandstreasure25433 жыл бұрын
I run gold hog then dream mat in my river sluice. Tbh I’ve never really had gold pass the hog mat if a few specks. Pickers and flakes stop dead on the hog mat 🤠⚒

The perfect video...pretty girl, lots of gold and Tomatos. What more could a guy ask for. Oh, by the way, may I ask if you are still going to give away an ounce of gold as you suggested in a video last year? I would really like to win that so can buy a new pan. That was a great video Doc...Thanks.
