BRIEF BLOG: The late Tony Bennett brought so much class/elegance to the music world it's incredible. This video is so elegant & timely it needs no words. (RIP) Tony Bennett & no sadly the late Jimmy Buffet is gone too. Very sad times indeed. Most of the great artists of the past are gone now & only memory remains thanks to DVD's & The Internet. What legacies-God's speed to all these great musical artists.

It was a shame that the writer Ray Noble wasn’t mentioned. The song was actually recorded at Abbey Road Studios (studio 1) by Ray Noble with vocals by the great Al Bowlly in 1934.

I have always been a Tony Bennett fan, I love the loves songs and how they truly come from the heart, and they speak about that one special love in your life, that irreplaceable love. I think this is a bit lost in some modern music. It's OK, call me old fashioned!
