I think people should stop these conversations and work on themselves and go where they are appreciated. Don’t date someone you’re not attracted to but be realistic in your needs and not just eye candy. Don’t settle for qualities in men or women that you don’t want. If someone has values that don’t align with yours then leave them. Don’t stick around in situations you don’t want and hurt them.

I would also like to add that we should be kind and compassionate and understand other's lifestyle choices and stop referring to people as dusties because they choose to be a beach bum. I work. I take care of myself. I'm able to bath and wash my clothing. So what I live in a tent on the beach. I am a human being who has a Mind of his own, a Soul and a Spirit. And I am more kind hearted than most who do have a house/apartment and a car because most of those people think that they are better than people who choose to live as I do. The fact that people can fix their mouths to devalue man, a human being by calling them a dusty shows that they have no kindness in their heart. This is one of the main things that is destroying our black community. No kindness and compassion. We have yet to develop these two attributes.

I gotta commend Tony Gaskins for this interview. He pretty much summed up as to what’s been happening to men in this country for the past 5 decades. And he’s right, the most dangerous man is an insecure man.
@MoonLitFRANK Жыл бұрын
The most dangerous man or woman is an Ignorant one. This interview comes from the mind of someone who doesn't fully comprehend social engineering and the intentional destruction of black men from the day of birth. He fails to acknowledge so much that it's hard for me to take him seriously. However, he is young and well on his way. I pray that upon the realization of just how intentionally held back we are he finds even more energy and motivation to battle the many ills that we face in this society. There are No excuses for men; this society has Never excused us. However there are valid reasons for the our current dilemmas.

You @MoonLitFRANK sound very ignorant for making a comment like that. Sound like a hippy negro with your comments. Also all of the talking points Tony was going over, I am living that right now!!! How is a woman supposed to submit to a man that’s not in a posistion to lead her and cover her. She basically has to lie to herself and pretend to honor him. And whole time he’s resenting her for it 😂. Sir don’t even think about a woman until you can take care of her and children. … When will women understand these men really shouldn’t even have access to you unless he has Christlike character and provision. This should be an incentive for him to get his life together. He must earn everything in his life, including a wife and children. A woman is a precious gift to a man and so are children a gift from to their parents. And a man who is of God is a blessing to have in a home . A wife and children will honor him..

The truth is...a guy can be stable but if he's not attractive to the woman then she won't want him. The attraction part has more to do with his face than it does height or weight. Women don't want to date men that they're not attracted to and it seems like everybody is tiptoeing around it. Men don't date women they're not attracted to...doesn't matter how good she is...
@ConsciousRebel85 Жыл бұрын
I agree. Women today want the physical attraction just as much as men, especially when they're young.
@ladybluelotus Жыл бұрын
?? Why would anyone date someone they're not attracted to. Don't be ridiculous. But what does anyone being attracted to you have to do with taking care of yourself?
@lelo46 Жыл бұрын
I would say women have ALWAYS “wanted” to be attracted to their partner. It’s really hard to even be sexually stimulated if you aren’t attracted to the persons face. So the sex life will struggle immensely. However, I would say, even if you’re not the most Handsome Man. If you have a great personality, character, funny, great hygiene, good income, you’ll honestly be JUST FINE. Some of my close girl friends are all married to people that aren’t conventionally attractive. But because they’re AMAZING men all around, it makes him that much more atttactive.
@tiahnarodriguez3809 Жыл бұрын
@@ladybluelotus I honestly don’t even know why OP’s comment was even said. The definition of a relationship is it’s between two people who have physical attraction for each other. I learned this in my psych class, and my professor said unless there is physical attraction there is no relationship.
@kayjeffs3741 Жыл бұрын
@tiahnarodriguez3809 I said what I saud because even though attraction is the basis of a relationship for both parties, women get pressured by society to give chances to men they aren't attracted to. That is still happening so since its still happening...it needed to be said.

Actually it would be good for Blacks not to date under the age of 25. Because most have not finish school or have a reliable income yet. this is a devastating issue in the Black community. having children at in early age. Single mother are up to 75 percent in the Black community.
@ConsciousRebel85 Жыл бұрын
What do you consider a reliable income? I'm curious to know because I hear these talks coming from people as if it's still the 90s or early 2000s. The economy has shifted and is still shifting to a drastically differetn economy than what many of us grew up with. Most people live paycheck to paycheck with very little savings. So I don't expect most 25 years olds to be in the same postion I was able to be in when I was 25 because it's a declining economy. I do agree with making sure not to have kids young.
@noirefit5954 Жыл бұрын
And if the single mother rate is that high, you have just as many deadbeat “daddies”. The men are creating the problem and running from it at the same time. Our biggest problem is our men are boys far too long. It’s the Peter Pan syndrome.

As a 5 foot even woman, I’d date someone your height. HOWEVER, it is true that you gotta be working with something. Muscles lol, not a meat head but some nice arms, nice back and developed legs are always a plus. Be as attractive as you can be. Meaning keep your hair cut or styled, smell good (that goes a long way!) and be interesting and funny. Tall guys sometimes lack personality (they don’t have to work as hard unfortunately) so eventually their height is the only thing they have going for them
@coreejacobs478028 күн бұрын
Short men aren’t the problem for us women most times, it’s the attitude of short men and the insecurity they have in their own mind compared to their taller counterparts, if you are mean and hostile or come off insecure I’m backing away I don’t want to be your punching bag, now you won’t always get the woman you want but no one gets everyone they want

(Worst case scenario : go to the army)learn from a mentor or someone older with experience to go further in life 4. Spend time with family and friends. Plan out your months and days before hand. 5. Control your mind and you can conquer your body. Feed your mind positive things and don’t do drugs. Avoid drugs like the plague it’s a trap. 6. Do not date! It’s a trap fall in love with yourself first and don’t become a hobosexual. 7. Limit your screen time on KZbin and do not watch porn. Have 5-10 interactions a day in person. 8. Don’t play video games. Study the ASVAB military test and fitness test. If you can complete both test you are a high value male. 9. THE MOST IMPORTANT OF THEM ALL: GET A JOB OR START A BUSINESS! 10. ALL MONEY YOU GET IS NOT YOURS! USE MONEY AS A TOOL AND DO NOT FALL INTO MATERIALISM. I WAS MAKING 2500 a week from 16-19. I wish I reinvested it into owning a sneaker store but I fell into the college industrial complex trap. SO NUMBER 10 is DO NOT MAKE LONGTERM DECISONS OFF OF SHORT TERM THINKING. YOUR 20’s & 30’s are a mere snapshot of your life and will pass you by if you are not active enough. To solve the problem of men not being able to get a woman is simple. They just need to understand that women are as human as they are and they need to talk to her with respect, treat her with dignity, and handle her with gentle loving care. Sort of how they would handle their dream car, for lack of a better analogy. I think?🤷😂 It's obviously more to understanding women than that, but as a woman, I think that's a good start. Women have to reject men because so many men come at us and we can only choose one.. well we’re supposed to choose one but even those who choose multiple could never choose all the men that approach her. We literally have to reject men just on numbers that approach women

I understand seeing what's real out there, but I will not be gaslighted into being with someone who is ugly to me. I want to be attracted to them physically, mentally, in as many ways as possible. If that's picky, then so be it I guess, lol. Plus, I thought women being picky/the pickier sex was normal and expected. You should be able to marry multiple people. And this sounds like it's from the lens of monogamy. Monogamy is cool. Polygamy can work too if not more so imo it just depends.

Thank you and best believe dating ugly/moderately unattractive men isn’t better like others will argue. They are insecure and have low self-esteem and will want to make sure you internalize their same pain and negative feelings. We honestly should date men who we are physically, mentally and emotionally attracted to.

I am laughing at this foolishness because as an experienced outdoorsman, I have been in relationships with a couple women since I have been down here in Florida (Orlando and Melbourne). This is the bullshit that I discussed with another KZbinr just a couple minutes ago. "Have your own place?" I have a place. I live in a tent on the beach. I have had great jobs where I was well able to take care of myself. One job which I LOVED was a landscaping job that was paying me $17 and hour. Another job was as a concrete laborer paying me $18 an hour. I like it as well. I have lived in the woods and got up and worked as an irrigation helper. So this claim that a man who doesn't have his own place isn't independent is a bunch of hogwash and this guy does not know what he is talking about and he should not speak on this subject especially if he hasn't lived this life. I have been an outdoorsman since 2018 and have been able to maintain a job to take care of myself. On the other hand, if you have a house and a car you are very dependent because in order to have a house and car, you have to have a driver's license, tags, insurance, mortgage, lights, gas, water, etc which you have to go to another company to obtain because if you do have those things you will not be driving and you will not be living in a house or apartment. The dependant rate for a man like me is very low compared to someone who has a house/apartment and car. I am a lot more independent than most people and my money stays in my pocket more than someone who has a house and car as well because I am not wasting it on all of the things that many have to spend to maintain a house/apartment and car. That alone makes me independent. I swear I just got through telling another individual here on KZbin that most people do not think for themselves and this is a prime example of what I am talking about. When you live outdoors, you HAVE to think for yourself. I am at the best advantage AND unlike most people who have a house/apartment and car, I have a kind heart. You know, because I don't think that I am better than someone who doesn't have those things. Even if i was a millionare, i would still live outdoors because I just love this life! This is complete foolishness.

Most women, that want a family, which is mainly what is being discussed as the ideal outcome of relationships, don’t want to live in a tent on the beach. It doesn’t feel secure. But it’s great that you’re living the life you want to live!
@CoreyFerguson-qx9wl Жыл бұрын
@@CurlMeLotsagreed. However, the way things are going in this world they may have to adjust and furthermore, I may not even get a woman because of their unrealistic standards according to what Mr. Gaskins explained which I am not alright with, but I am okay with it meaning I accept it because this life I live is a great life and I like it. I would, however like to purchase a bus and make it into a mobile home to travel but other than that, I am the black beach bum and I believe that there is a black wiman out yhere who would live to live this life with me. Maybe I am fooling myself but I'm holding on to that. I seen a video of a couple with, I believe 7 children who live in a double deck bus and work from home making a lucrative living so i know that there is a black woman out there who is adventurous and would love to live this life and I'm here for her. Good day to ya brother or sister (I'm not sure if you're a male or femlae and I mean no disrespect).

@@CurlMeLotsexactly… like what is he even talking about ?? If it doesn’t apply let it fly . He’s living a totally different lifestyle compared to what’s considered “normal”. He’s basically living off grid under a rock and nothings wrong with that. But Tony is talking to people who want a traditional family / relationship situation. People who want/have kids don’t want to live outside and im sure the kids don’t either. SMH 🤦🏾♀️ . If you want a regular normal life you do need a place to lay your head at night , transportation to get around and food to keep you nourished… it’s literally common sense but all the dusties and no ambition boys are in the comments hooping and hollering.
@CurlMeLots Жыл бұрын
@@CoreyFerguson-qx9wl the standards, especially American standards, were unfortunately not created by “us”, so in order to have some sense of normalcy the bare minimum would be having a traditional home, and unfortunately that does come with paying for things you’re unwilling to pay for at the moment. Life here is not easy, by any means. So I understand the frustration. But the fact of the matter is, there are black men out here meeting the basic standards. This is why it’s important to note wealth isn’t the end all be all, it’s just discipline and sacrifice. I married my husband on a very humble military salary. He’s retired now and we are not where we used to be. We worked together and strategically to get to where we are now. And we still aren’t wealthy by American standards but we are doing fine. I pray you do find the woman you desire for your lifestyle! I can’t imagine her wanting children, though. And I’ll say also, women change their minds. I didn’t think I wanted children until I had an accidental pregnancy (which was fine because I was married) that ended in a miscarriage. I didn’t have my first until I was 29. I’m 37 now, in my 2nd trimester with my third. You’ve got to be ready for all of the ebbs and flows. It’s hard work being in a relationship.
