This was Anselmo's vocal peak. There was a time when it could have happened. I know Iommi wanted it but Phil was nodding off in interviews at the time (around 2002) loaded on junk talking about how he wanted to do it but didn't have the time. A full Album in 2000-2001 of Phil Anselmo and Tony Iommi would have probably been one of the greatest metal albums ever. I'm a huge Pantera/Down fan and Time is Mine might be my favorite thing Phil ever did. So great.
