Ce kit est très beau et très léger, mais il est effectivement assez complexe à construire. Pour ceux qui ont l'habitude des kits Dumas ou Guillows, ça ne sera pas un problème, pour un débutant non accompagné, ça sera une galère. Comme indiqué dans la vidéo, les découpes sont effectivement très précises, même trop précises rendant les assemblages très serrés. Quand on travaille avec du balsa de 1 à 1,5mm, forcer pour assembler deux éléments ne pardonne pas. Il ne faut donc par hésiter à reprendre les fentes de quelques coups de limes ou papier fin. J'ai constaté trois problèmes: 1: la notice téléchargeable est très pixelisée et il est difficile d'y lire les n° des pièces. 2: les pièces ne sont pas toutes référencées sur le plan (les longerons des ailes par exemple) et 3, il y a une différence de densité du balsa destiné au coffrage. J'ai construit deux kits et dans un, le balsa de coffrage était plus léger et plus facile à mettre en forme. comme indiqué dans la vidéo, Il faut impérativement le mouiller au risque de le fendre. Pour conclure, il faut vraiment prendre son temps pour construire et bien étudier chaque étape avant de mettre la colle Merci pour le partage de la vidéo et très belle construction à tous. This kit is very beautiful and very light, but it is indeed rather complex to build. For those used to Dumas or Guillows kits, this won't be a problem, but for an unaccompanied beginner, it'll be a pain. As shown in the video, the cut-outs are indeed very precise, even too precise, making assembly very tight. When you're working with 1 to 1.5mm balsa, forcing two elements together is not an option. So don't hesitate to pick up the cracks with a few strokes of file or fine paper. I found three problems: 1: the downloadable instructions are very pixelated, making it difficult to read the part numbers. 2: not all parts are referenced on the plan (wing spars for example) and 3: there's a difference in the density of the balsa used for the formwork. I built two kits and in one, the formwork balsa was lighter and easier to shape. As indicated in the video, it's imperative to wet the balsa to avoid splitting it. In conclusion, you really need to take your time when building and study each step carefully before applying the glue. Thank you for sharing the video, and very nice building to you all.

Yes, I agree with your findings. A beautiful kit, but not for beginners. A bit of skill and care is required to build it. The 3 meter version of this and the Minimoa are easier to build, and perform better for a very similar build commitment.
