“Focus on the outcome not the action” That’s powerful

Tony Robbins is a wonderful teacher indeed! I've read his books (Awaken The Giant Within is my absolute favourite!) and listened to his tapes (did every exercise) and I've also used his planning method for creating weekly plans. Now my life is filled with passion, fulfillment and creating incredible results unlike ever before! Thank you Tony!

OUTCOMES! THAT IS GREAT! Not activities, outcomes! Outcomes "pull" you forward. Activities without outcomes are busy "to dos," chores, empty activities. This is the difference between humdrum, regular "doing the dishes" and creating a clean, welcoming environment out of your kitchen, the room where you take care of your nutritional needs. Thank you for posting!

0:30 result is not the activity Activity can change to get to same result Clarity is power The clearer you are, the faster your brain can get you there 1:33 takes time to know result you’re after but it’s worth it 3:45 it takes more time to do this method than to do list in beginning But once get brainwired in outcome bs activity Then you know which activity you don’t need to do to get to outcome = Save a lot of time in life 4:30 Not ACTION just outcome Each time revisit and see how doing on outcome and Brian we readjust to become more and more optimal Than focusing on activities = get lost and more convoluted

I have Tony’s RPM but I feel like it only works for people who own their own business or are big bosses. It is tough to apply being a low ranking employee who doesn’t have much say for outcomes or results.
@katelynnwho5511 ай бұрын
This can be applied to any area of life not just business. Think of areas in your life you'd like to improve. Your physical health, relationships, emotional well-being, finances, work/purpose. What result do you want in these areas and then can you create a plan to help you achieve your desired result?

Great video. What are the other 2 questions?
@ScottShouldersTV9 жыл бұрын
The 2nd question is, what is the purpose/reasons? For the result because that gives you emotion for the result and the 3rd question is what massive action can I take?, to get closer to the result

"Today, millions of people in America and Europe try to find contact with tradition and with teachers who can show them the way. But in large part the doctrines and teachers are either fraudulent, or vitiated by the spirit of public relations ballyhoo, or mixed up with the financial and prestige interests of the respective gurus. Some people may genuinely benefit from such methods in spite of the sham; others will apply them without any serious intention of inner change. But only a detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of the new believers could show how many belong to each group" E. Fromm If Tony's "Rapid Planning Method" was so great, millions of people would be flocking to his seminars. The problem is that no one knows to what degree his teachings has a legitimate, positive, transformational effect. If we had a dozen psychologists each with different expertise in this field and if they were to examine Tony's philosophy and methods of teaching, rest assured they would find many glaring inconsistencies and outright misguided ideas that he pedals. The worst ones are his ideas about relationships. Just listen to a few videos from Dr. Esther Perel and you will see just how impoverished Tony is about what constitutes healthy relationships. The problem with Tony is that he is a man with too many hats. i.e. he spread himself out too thin and uses his overbearing confidence to make up for his lack of true transformational knowledge. This can only be realized at a deeper level but Tony is not one to look at things at a deeper level because he's too busy pumping himself up with emotions and telling his followers to do the same by standing up to dance and wave their arms in the air as if they were children. It's a gimmick and his followers fall for it all the time just like they did walking on hot coals. Tony may have something to offer but to me he will always be a master bullshit artist....
